Go to a local jewelry shop and find your favorite designs.
2. Get a Quote
Send us a photo of your design and select materials.
3. Approve Quality
Approve our digital design and a final quality check.
4. Receive your Piece
You will receive your jewelry by mail in just about 1 week.
Step 1
Choose your design(s)
To get the jewelry of your dreams, you first need to know what type of jewelry designs you like. Maybe you’ve seen your favorite influencer wearing an interesting necklace, or perhaps there’s a ring from a big fashion brand that you adore.
In any case, whether you’re shopping for an engagement ring, earrings, a bracelet, or something else, we highly suggest to always go to a local jewelry shop first and determine the designs that fit your personal style and taste. Once you found your favorite designs, be sure to get some good pictures of it so that our gold smiths can replace them on a 1:1 basis.

Step 2
Request a quote
Once you have the photos of your favorite jewelry, it’s time to request a quote from us. To do so simply fill out our order form and provide us with any details you have.
At Otoku we can manufacture your jewelry with different materials and gemstones. This enables you to make considerable savings, as many materials can look and feel virtually the same despite significant price differences. Step 3
Order your piece(s)
If you would like to proceed with the quote you received just let us know and we will prepare a payment link for your preferred payment method. From here the production time will take approximately 2 weeks.
After a couple of days, you will receive a computer generated 3D model of your jewelry pieces. This is the first of two quality checks you need to approve as part of Step 4.
Step 4:
Review Quality Checks
To make sure that you’re getting the exact jewelry that you want we offer two opportunities to check the quality of our production. In the first check you will receive 3D models of your ordered jewelry pieces. This will include all manufacturing details, such as materials, dimensions, and designs. Once approved, the actual production will start.
As soon as the manufacturing process is complete, our team will record a closeup video of your jewelry from different angles so that you can make sure that everything exactly as requested.
This two step process builds the core of our satisfaction guarantee.
1st Check: Computer Generated
A 3D model of your jewelry with all relevant details, including materials, stones, surfaces, and designs.
2nd Check: Final Product
A close-up video showing your brand-new jewelry from different angles and in different lights.
Step 5
Receive your products
Once the last quality check is approved, we’ll get your jewelry ready for global shipment. Typically, the time to ship will take approximately 5-10 days, depending on your location.
The package will include your jewelry, a jewelry box, and, if you’ve purchased any gemstones such as Diamonds, Moissanites, or Sapphires, the official certificates of your stones.
