Absolutely – Otoku offers a satisfaction guarantee for all orders.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, which is why we implemented several processes to ensure that you’re getting exactly the piece of jewelry that you ordered.

First of all, once you placed an order and shared all your desired details about your new jewelry piece, our goldsmiths will create a computer-generated 3D model of your new piece. At this point, you can verify again whether all the measurements and materials used are exactly as ordered. If there’s anything wrong, we’ll be happy to fix it immediately.

Once this has been approved by you, our goldsmith will now craft your new piece. As soon as it is ready, our team will share several close-up pictures and videos with you. Again, if there’s anything that doesn’t look like something you ordered, we’ll make those changes immediately. 

After you approved this second quality check, we’ll get your shipment on the way. Of course, your jewelry piece will be insured for the full journey.

Through these steps, we guarantee that you will receive exactly what you ordered in the best quality possible – no more, no less.

There are three main reasons why our prices are so much more competitive than virtually all local and online jewelers.

First of all, in general jewelry companies have massive profit margins on their sales, typically ranging from 200-1,000% of the original cost. Some of this is justified: for example, local jewelers have to invest a lot of money into security. However, the more important reason for this is that these companies can charge these amounts because customers will still buy it. At Otoku, we willingly accept much lower profit margins to offer the most fair deals to our customers.

Secondly, Otoku exclusively specializes in custom jewelry. This means that we don’t have to stock large amounts of rings, necklaces, and expensive gemstones for immediate sales, keeping our stock and storage costs at a minimum.

Finally, unlike other jewelry companies, we strive to communicate as honestly as possible. This means that we will never tell you to buy a natural diamond over a lab-grown diamond (which is 3-5x more expensive), or to always get 18K gold instead of 10k or 14k.
